Kid gets released form jail due to facebook alibi

It wasnt enough that the boys fother and other family members said he was at the crib 13 miles away, it took a post from facebook to get his ass out of jail after already serving 12 days? We know we have a f'd up judicial system in the U.S. when it comes to young black males.
